I live in another town and arranged for Case Lawn & Landscape to make my elderly folks' small, simple yard "house-sale-ready-and-pretty," and very specifically included pulling the weeds in rock areas and raised beds, removing weeds everywhere, putting down new mulch in the raised beds, removing leaves, etc., fixing the raised beds' drip system, and overall making the yard pretty for sale (my folks have a separate, weekly mow-n-trim service). Their estimate was $2,000-3,600 for two days of work, depending on the price of the mulch, they said. They worked from 9-12 and 1-4 for one day only, then made my elderly folks pay $3,800 -- more than the high end of the estimate -- with work still left undone and promised to return, but they didn't. I had to drive out and get on their case to return -- the owner, Jason, eventually came back for less than an hour of work, sprayed everything with RoundUp against our wishes while glaring at us and refusing to engage. There are still piles of dead leaves, weeds sprouting from the back and front patios, the raised bed drip system was pulled out and thrown to the side, and of course the weeds in the rock areas are now worse, being soaked in RoundUp and dead everywhere , He completely ripped off my elderly, disabled parents, who are very distraught about spending $3,800 for 6 hrs of work and not a single weed removed and the raised bed drip line removed instead of fixed. (6 hrs x 3.5 adults = 21 hrs of labor, which is over $100/hr after subtracting a very generous amount for the cost of mulch and yard waste disposal -- the .5 adult is for the young boy they brought along). They made my folks pay with all the cash they had on hand ($1,000) plus $2,800 by check, and said they didn't do payment through Angi's so that they didn't have to pay the Angi fee or income tax. I'm astounded at the 5 star reviews on here; I thought the owner, Jason, might actually assault us, he was so angry about coming back. I have text messages to back everything up and will gladly share them with HomeAdvisor and Angi's. I will need to hire another service to come in and do what Case Lawn bailed on. Shame on them for taking advantage of a kind, elderly couple. They need to do the right thing and refund my folks at least $1,800.

Jason and his cousin were great! They came the same day to look at my property and then returned the next day to do the work. He checked in on my property 2 days later to make sure the weed killer worked and then came back the 3rd day to clean everything up. Very communicative, hard working, and honest. If you need yard work done I would call Jason!!

This company was great they came in gave me a quote and I needed a lot done I had sprinklers that needed fixed and lots of lawn mowing and weeds they were able to get it done for a wedding we were hosting the weekend after there affordable friendly and fast highly recommend to anyone in need of big or small jobs
