Borrow My Back

Workers showed up on time. They did all of the work requested, and were polite. HOWEVER, they were slow and wasted much time talking to us instead of moving our stuff. It was SO bad that by the end of the second of 2 trips we asked them to simply put our boxes in the garage. We did not want to pay extra to have them to put our boxes in the appropriate rooms. Which is sad because we took the time to label all of them. They also stopped for gas and to get lunch. They charged us for this time too. All told my wife and I estimate that they charged us an extra hour for the lunch, gas fill up, and standing around talking. They even charged us for fifteen minutes where they were folding moving blankets and writing up the charges! Did I mention they move slowly? Finally, they were careless with our furniture. Several items were damaged. They could not even bother to remove drawers which seemed to be a standard practice with other movers we have used in the past. I should have used Billy Goat movers. I made the mistake of trying to save money. I still paid alot because Borrowmyback charged me ridiculous fees for the truck they used. AVOID THESE GUYS!
