Marcus did an outstanding job. He returned my initial call with one business day, he showed up on time for the appointment, went right to work- asked me a few questions, got it, diagnosed and fixed our problems. We are going to get on his fall blow-out and spring start-up program. We have been looking for a knowledgeable, reasonable and professional sprinkler/irrigation guy for our fairly big yard and gardens and he more than fits the bill. Highly recommend.

We recently moved into a house that had a 30-year old leak in the line going from the street to the valves, so you could never set the sprinklers to run automatically as there would be a constant leak. We were dreading the cost of tearing up a chunk of the yard to find the leak. Marcus recommended a link detection specialist, who made the process much faster (and less destructive). When he did fix that leak (and when he fixed a second leak a couple months later), Marcus worked quickly and made other small repairs in the system. Marcus will recommend things like increasing watering first of instead of adding new heads, and he said that changes that other people recommended weren't necessary (always a good sign!).

Our house sits on 2 acres and there is a very large yard around the house plus several large islands of trees surrounding the house, plus two areas of extended tree lines, so a lot of yard and irrigation to take care of. The large irrigation system was put in by the old homeowner who didn't do the best job to say the least. We had Marcus help clean up the areas that no longer needed drip lines of which there were many by removing drip lines, capping them off, and then fix other areas that were not working properly, install several new sprinklers as well as install some new water lines to new locations of sprinklers. Then we had him come back a second time to install a drip system on a sizeable lavender garden. The drip system looks very clean and professionally installed. He did excellent work, listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that with the help of some clearly typed out notes. He also gave us feedback and you could tell that he had our best interest in mind, even giving us money saving suggestions on the work being done. The best part was that he was an excellent communicator, he responded in a timely manner, showed up on time when he said he would show up and was a very nice professional to work with. Marcus made two trips: first to try to locate the water source for the underground sprinkler system. He dug around the valves, looked in the baseement to attempt trace water lines and was unable to locate the sprinkler input line, as it is probably in the finished ceiling, which has no access panels. He didn't charge for the call, as he said he didn't do anything. I asked him to come out a second time to hook the sprinkler valves into a hose spigot so we could find the sprinkler heads and ascertain their condition. He came out on time, hooked water into the valves and found two cracked valves and no sprinkler heads that are functioning or locateable. He had to use some adapters to get the water into the valve, but parts and labor were only $65. He gave me a reasonable quote to install a 2 zone system using some of the parts from the defunct system and I will defintely have him back to install it in the fall. Marcus was very easy to work with, showed up when he said he would and is very professional. I highly recommend him.

Arrived on time and went right to work. Identified the problem and repaired the leak quickly. Very reasonable prices for part and labor. Extremely nice guy and will definitely use again. Trustworthy, reliable, and efficient at what he does.

It was not easy to get a hold of him at first( but very understandably so, it's busiest time)But once we established a text-connection, it was really easy. Marcus came on time( called if he could come earlier, and it worked for me).Did the work and also gave me an estmate for future change in my sprinkler system. Will definetly use him again

Marcus was very fast responding to my first inquiry and provided a quote within a week. I found him to be very friendly and professional and decided to move ahead with the project. Marcus and Brandon were both very prompt showing up the day of service. Both were friendly and professional and accommodated my specific request. They even made some last minute adjustments for me. I actually enjoyed having them work on my yard as both had such a positive and fun personality. I've already schedule to have them return to move some other heads and to fix my drip line in the front yard. They will also be my new go to crew for fall blowouts and spring sprinkler turn-ons in the future. I would highly recommend Artesian Sprinklers!

There was more work than he initially thought with the broken pipe so we had to schedule two visits, but he is a super friendly guy. The price I have listed is only a ballpark. I don't remember what it actually cost because it was totally worth it.

Markus made multiple trips to my house to assess the situation, order parts, glue pipes, and test. He did exactly the work he told me and for a fair price. I hope to use him again for any sprinkler or irrigation work that I have.

We needed a zone of our sprinkler system repaired due to lack of pressure. He found we had a break in our line where we didn't even know the line existed on the other side of the driveway! Marcus was very courteous and was able to find and resolve the issue quickly. After deciding what would be the best course of action we were able to fire up the lines and had full pressure once again. The price he gave us was very fair and reasonable. Marcus was great to work with and we will be using Artesian again for our sprinkler needs.

They were busy, so I had to wait a week. But the repair person was able to fix the problem quickly with minimal guidance and inexpensively.

Again, Artesian Sprinklers is who we have always used, so when we did our back yard remodel, we asked that Markus complete any Sprinkler moving or renovations that needed to be done. In terms of general work Markus has been very good at getting the job done quickly and correctly. We really appreciate this! Markus did a great job getting the sprinklers set in there new areas. However, he did not cover up part of the trenches he made in our back yard. Generally speaking we would give Markus an A because his work is so good and he really does understand the nature of getting the right stuff to do the best job. But because his work is still not complete, he did not ask if we were satisfied, and he has already billed us, we feel compelled to move his score down to a B. Still a good job, but we expect any work to be done completely and to our satisfaction prior to billing.

He's really straight forward and does not charge for work he doesn't do. He's very prompt, reliable, and knows his business. His pricing is very, very reasonable.
