APR's name was provided by Home Advisor per a Google search. Angie's list did not list this company. Gas line work experience, not just home plumbing of water and sewer lines, was our specific concern.
APR came out for an estimate at the very next mutually convenient time (within the week). His experience with gas lines was impressive. Other estimates were seemingly so high as if the companies did not really want the job given the underground gas line work.
APR worked well with XCel energy staff who had to coordinate the gas line shut off and movement of the gas meter. A big deal.
Of the many impressive aspects of APR was that when inevitable additional challenges arose they were ably met, not with raising the bid, but with solid resolve to overcome. The underground work was definitely hard work but very well done.
Aesthetic and practical results are excellent.
We later asked APR to come back in November 2013 and connect the gas line to the fireplace insert. Again, APR had to coordinate with another provider (the fireplace insert installer), and this too went well. Fireplace works great.

Very polite. Always showed up and prices were fair.
