About us
Husband and wife team; We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, or check; We do not sub-contract, we do the work ourselves. We will bill on a 30 day net basis to commercial businesses, not to residential customers. We are mobile only, but try to help the customer save some money if they are willing to meet US at a place convenient for us - to save the service call on a simple lock project.

We make keys for most anything that takes a key. Gene has over 30 years experience in the field, and does all the work himself. His wife is his sidekick, boats, file cabinets, helping here and there. We do commercial, install locks. We have a large variety of keys on the van. We can order what ever special needs most customers have., most autos, motorcycles, residential, safes, scheduling appts, semi's, taking the calls

"Dear Customer. Thank you for your review. If we were the ones who did indeed work - 'last' - on yours or your daughter's truck in Nov....then I am sure it was working and running when we left. Someone must have been happy with it when we left, because if it wasn't working we would not have just left it as is, not without telling that person that it may need something else. If your daughter told us that the ignition had been previously replaced, that could be why we just cleaned it (no sense in replacing it again) - if/ when we were called out. My husband always tells people that cleaning it COULD solve the problem, but he doesn't guarantee it will. Your daughter would have had the choice to go with it or not. If you could refresh my memory as to what the year, make, and model is (and the name of the person who called us, where it was at, etc)...it might help to refresh our memory of the vehicle. Also....it could be something else besides the ignition, especially since you claim 2 locksmiths worked on it. Perhaps it needs other attention like from an auto mechanics shop. We would need a little more info to go on, to refresh our memory, again IF we are the last ones to have worked on it. This was in Nov you say, but it is now April and you are just now saying something about it. We don't just leave people hanging....we are honest with people and tell them if there is a possibility that what we do/did may or may not take care of the problem, especially since previous work had been done on the vehicle. We take our reputation seriously, we don't do shoddy work. I'm sorry you are feeling such disappointment - again if you could provide us with more information to refresh our memory, it may help.
