Action Property Services

Byron Silby of Action Property Services called several times and texted from what I guess was my search on Angie’s list. Odd because I had put in my land line number and he called me on my cell. Our gutter system wasn’t draining and seemed plugged. We have French drains on all 4 corners of our house. Two of the gutters seemed plugged and water was then coming out of the drains up against our house. I told Byron I thought the end of the drain probably needed to be looked at and unplugged. He instead cut off the end of the gutter and put on straight drains. To sum up, first rain/snow water was draining agains the hous and one of the gutters he just cut off and left hanging. I’ve tried calling over and over and no one will return my call. Now we have to hire someone else and I’m sure we’ll never see the money we paid to these thieves. So outraged! We will try and sue but of course $400 isn’t worth it.
