+ -1 morefor anyone planning a remodel, start early, have lots of patience and hire a qualified contractor. Dont take short cuts, go the extra. my contractor had the foundation engineered since my existing house is so old. huge weight off me knowing it is done right and wont effect the addition or the original structure. hire licenced and qualified people. they may not be the cheapest but we have passed every inspection and things happen they way they are supposed to.
Description of Work: hired Terry to put an addition on my house. He oversaw the addition of 2 rooms and did alot of the work himself. Totally hands on. Awesome job! Good quality, knows his business. Communicated well and was on top of everything!
