Ace Hi Plumbing Htg & Air Inc

Took 2 hours and left with job not finished. He was chasing leaks instead of just replacing the 3 ft and 4 ft pipes. One of the patches he did was on a three ft pipe he actually had in his hand and there was a huge visible hole in that he put back on. Called and e-mailed to get the owner to come take a look at the mess. Sent a tech out without calling and i was not home and husband unwell from cancer treatments and not able to answer door. Never came back after weeks we had someone else come and finish. Took off all the patched pipes and replaced the 3 ft and 4 ft pipe. Took all of 30 min. Will not use them again. Shame.

The guys were great. The pipes were so badly clogged that they had to take their machine up on the roof to blow them out. Worked like a charm.

On time, good recommendations, quick work.

Rick came out the same morning I called to ask for help and an estimate. He was on time for the appointment, knowledgeable and well prepared with the proper equipment to fix the problem. Service cost what I expected and was done quickly. I would definitely hire again.

They showed up on time prepared to do the work requested. They did excellent work and cleaned up after they finished the work.

This is the second time I have used Ace Hi for a leak and the second time they have been great. They were able to get to my house within 48 hours, answered several of my questions, offered a couple suggestions and did a great job with the work.

Fine. Rick stuck with it for hours on the proper diagnosis and didn't charge for all that time.

The technician was very good and the work performed as needed. However, after, I called the office because I had hammering in the pipes when I ran the dishwasher. The owner asked if I intended to pay to have them come out and when I hesitated he said "I see you are hesitating which tells me you are not going to pay." Then he wished me a good day and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. If I had been convinced it was caused by something other than the toilet install, I would have paid, but he never gave me the chance to tell him that. Would never use them again.

Kyle called said he was on he way ahead of schedule which I appreciated since I had called several other companies and none of them could get to my repair the same day. He arrived very professional, answered all of my questions, very friendly. He inspected the damaged line and also all the other copper lines in the crawlspace and advised me what I could do to prevent it from happening again. He installed shutoff valves for not only the damaged line but also another line that could possible give me problems in the future. It took about an hour and a half. I appreciated the quick response and same day service, I would use this company again.

It is working but builds up again.

Very well. Person arrived on time, removed his shoes, inspected the toilet and then voluntarily checked the other two.

My service man arrived here ahead of schedule, located the problem and did the repairs and cleaned up, in less than an hour.  He was very professional as well as friendly, even took the time to interact with my very nosey dog.  He applied a senior discount when asked willingly.  Very satisfied.

Kyle called me to let me know he was coming earlier than anticipated - I really appreciated that. He explained what needed to be done to fix the leak and was very knowledgeable. Evidently when our toilet was first installed there should have been an extension added to the flange and it that wasn't done. Kyle installed the extension, re-set the toilet and tested his work. No more leaking! We also had two toilets that needed the flappers replaced. We had the flappers, but just hadn't done it yet. Kyle did it much quicker than we would have. Thank you so much Kyle - we appreciate your work!

Jared reviewed our old boiler for efficacy and efficiency and provided the recommendation that I already was expecting -- it was better to replace then repair (again).  In addition, much of the original plumbing design for the radiant floor system was goofy.  For a high efficiency boiler, a significant upgrade from what we had, his price was on par from what I was expecting.  I didn't shop or compare other plumber bids as his seemed reasonable. Jared was recommended by a neighbor and he presented a seemingly honest recommendation including other options for repair.  The install job was clean.  I have no complaints and have since used Jared for some other minor issues.  Each time he presents recommendations I feel he offers an honest assessment.  For as long as I have plumbing, I will first seek out Jared before considering any other alternative for a plumbing contractor.

On October 12th, Jared with Ace Hi Plumbing was initially hired to install new plumbing lines in my kitchen for a washer. During the plumbing install, Jared noticed erosion and holes in the exhaust stack of my furnace, as well as the poor condition and age of my water heater. Without hesitation, he replaced the eroded section of the furnace stack even though this added to his time and changed the scope of work. This work was an additional $200.00.
On October 21st, I heard one of the fire/carbon monoxide (CO) alarms going off in the basement. Initially, I thought the battery had died, changed it, and the alarm went off again. At this point I knew it was a real/true reading. Excel Energy came out and inspected the furnace and water heater. Thanks to Jared's keen eye and work, the furnace was in good working order with the new stack he installed. However, just as Jared predicted, the water heater died and the source of the CO. Immediately, I called Ace Hi specifically requesting Jared return with his team to install a new, tankless water heater. Not only was this work completed, but Jared fixed a leaky faucet in my bathroom and replaced the roof fan vent in the pouring rain! This work was completed within 24 hours of calling Ace Hi
