The service writer explained everything- when they could get the car in and when they would get it finished. They lived up to the original estimate, there were no surprises on the cost; their price was competitive.

I used Abra Auto and Glass after I had hail damage to my truck. My insurance company sent me to Abra for the estimate and I was so impressed with the staff that I used them for the repairs as well. the crew at Abra did a great job on my truck, were great about communicating with me as to the timeline for my repairs, and even drove to pick me up when it was done. Will use them again for the hail damage this year to my truck. love Colorado monsoon season!

We had a few issues with them on the timing of completion of the work as they did not have the car completed when they initially said, but we did get the car back relatively quickly. They work very well with our insurance company, USAA. They have done work for us before and we have always been very pleased with their work.

Our insurance gave us 4 shops to get estimates from and we chose ABRA because it was on Angie's list. Husband stopped down late Saturday afternoon just to see if someone might be able to give him an estimate. A gentleman named Kerry then just took over the whole operation---when to bring it in, one call on the progress of the repair, and another when it was ready, AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Amazing. Walked out with us when we picked up the van, and made sure all was well with us and said to be sure to come back if there was any problem, etc. The final surprise was that it had been washed before we picked it up, and there it was, all new and shiny parked in the lot! They sure are a class act!
