Most of the work was completed on time and was mostly satisfactory.  However, there was a discrepancy between the insurance estimate and the final bill. The 5-Star representative was very unprofessional when he requested that I pay that difference.  After I spoke with a representative of the insurance company, I have not heard any more from 5-Star. Further,  not all of the specified work was done,

They were quite independent. They had to deal with rains on the days they were working. They managed to get the job done but they did not listen to some of my suggestions. I finished some parts of it myself the way I wanted it. The price was a little higher than what I expected.

They repaired my roof when I first had a problem with my roof when it rained in.  I called that evening and they came the very next morning and patched up the hole right away so it wouldn’t leak.  They gave me an estimate of how much it would be to reroof and it was okay with my insurance.  When they got the okay and they did the whole reroofing.  My roof was only for 55 mile an hour winds, but they had to up it because of the code of our zoning.  They redid the whole roof and did it all in a day.  They were quick and I had no problem with their work.  They did just great and removed everything and got all the nails and everything off the ground and all that stuff.  It was shingles roofing and they were great.  The excellent, they price was great too and I was really happy to get them.  With the insurance company and everything, it was $6000.
