He came on time when he said he would and did a pretty good job. He didn't do the screens as good as I thought he would or the window tracks. I guess he made it up in the cost of everything, and he did do our town home for free if we recommended him to some people.

I will use Tom's for both commercial and residential window cleaning. It is surprising how quickly and efficiently Tom can complete a task, and clean up afterwards. Tom has always been our choice for window and blind cleaning.

Tom Deiter does a great job. He works by himself, shows up on time, is courteous, and clean. I never worry that he'll bang up the drywall or nick something with his ladders. Plus, I like that he is a small business owner.
