THE GATE TO THE RENTAL STORAGE UNIT IS ALWAYS LOCKED UNTIL I USE MY CODE, & DRIVEWAY TO THE UNIT IS CLEAN AND SMOOTH. MANAGER IS AVAILABLE IF PROBLEM ARISES, BOXES & BAGS ARE SOLD. BILLING IS EFFICIENT.
