Bruce, the owner, came on the day the leak was reported. He came later when the solar tank had arrived and installed the tank quickly, and we think we should have had something done much earlier because the solar hot water temperature is hotter than its been for years. Bruce installed our original system many years ago and we were glad to find him still in business.

SERVICE ENTERPRISES SENT A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN TO REPAIR MY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME IN A SHINY NEW FULLY EQUIPPED SERVICE VEHICLE AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

BRUCE SLACK IS A TERRIFIC FIND. HE DOES ALL PLUMBING AND HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK AND IS GREAT. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM IN THE BASEMENT, UNCLOGGED THE WATER DRAIN AND AT THE SAME TIME DISCOVERED THAT THE HOT WATER HEATER HAD CRACKED. HE IMMEDIATELY WENT AND PURCHASED AND INSTALLED AN NEW ONE.
