Safe Systems came out to the house and evaluated the previously installed security system in the house we recently bought and moved into. They repaired several parts of the system, installed a new keypad, programed the system and identified all of the zones and devices that had been previously installed but not activated. They set up the system for remote monitoring via a hardwired phone line and tested everything thoroughly. We were very pleased with the work and the cost was competitive with other companies we looked at. We especially wanted a firm that handles Honeywell systems and Safe Systems is an authorized dealer and service representative. The cost of remote monitoring ($30/month) was similar to what we have paid previously.

Safe Systems is very good. They are very quick to call if we set off the alarm. They call with in 5-10 seconds and then dispatch police if necessary. I like that it's a local Boulder company and that you can talk to a live person when you call. We pay them monthly.

They are really good. The sales guy is very nice and all to. They are very professional as well. They do charge me a monthly fee for that. I do not have that information available right now, but, they are reasonable. They are good so far and I have no complaints with them at all.
