There was a long delay - about 6 months - between the time we signed the contract and the time they actually installed the system on our house. This was during the time period when RGS was acquiring Syndicated Solar, so maybe that had something to do with the delay. The one real complaint I have is that they did not offer or recommend a critter guard for the solar array. This being Colorado, we ended up with a family of pigeons living in our solar system. They are noisy and crap all over everything. Now I am paying a pest animal control company $500 to have the pigeons removed and RGS wants over $1000 to install a critter guard to keep them away. I'm not allowed to install the guard myself or it voids the RGS warranty.
