NOTHNAGLE PLUMBING AND HEATING

I was very disappointed in this encounter. Both the husband and wife repeatedly asked how I got the alternate number listed on the website. They said they didn't want their cell number out on the internet. They didn't know who Angie's List was and rather brusquely told me that they don't do service calls, only new construction and that they are booked out several months. After repeatedly reviewing what anguish List was (our happiness with it and the potential for more business)Irecommended they contact the west coast offices to gain access to the website. (The office in Denver had closed.) The husband said our problem could be the p-valve seal in the basement floor drain. We could try just running water down it. Eventually they gave me a name of someone who worked on sewers, but didn't know the phone number(Darvins). Please contact Nothinagle to either remove them or re-categorize them on the list. They were very confused by the entire interaction and boardered on rude.

TERRY HAS PERFORMED WORK FOR US IN THE PAST, SO IT WAS EASY TO RETURN TO HIS BUSINESS FOR THIS JOB. HE AND HIS TEAM ARE CUSTOMER ORIENTED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY. I'M SURE WE'LL WORK WITH HIM AGAIN.

HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND VERY HELPFUL. I WAS AFRAID THE BASEMENT WAS GOING TO FLOOD AND HE SET MY MIND AT EASE. HIS RATE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME HE WAS HERE. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER IN CASE WE HAD A FUTURE EMERGENCY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!
