Mountain High Appliance

Bought floor model (Sub Zero, Thermidor) appliances that got damaged because they weren’t packed properly, and find out afterwards there are no manufacturers warranty when we were told the exact opposite. Now we are left with voicemail that never get returned. Unaccountable, bold faced lies, just like shopping for a used car.

Great showroom for selecting appliances. Our sales rep listened to what our needs were and was able to guide us in our selection of appliances. After we picked the out, the installation manager came to our residenew to insure the appliances would fit and to determine the extent of modifications required. At that point we were provided with the total installed price. The installation took about half a day. The team respected our house, cleaning up as they went. All of the electrical and cabinet modifications were completed in a professional manner. The exterior wall and vent penetrations were properly sealed and look great. We were very happy with installation and love the new appliances. Good value for the money.

I had to call to find out when the dishwasher came into stock. They scheduled a two-hour window to arrive for installation but didn't call to say they were late and would not arrive until an hour after the two-hour window. The installers failed to reconnect a drain pipe and water leaked out, damaging our floor. Still trying and waiting for the floor boards to dry out, hoping there is no serious permanent damage.

They were very helpful.  The salesman was very knowledgable.

Great selection, excellent customer service, competitive prices. We're remodeling our kitchen and bought a new suite of appliances from them. Their sales rep (Steve) was very helpful and much more knowledgeable than the people we spoke to at a couple of big box stores. I thought they might charge a premium price but they were actually very competitive.

They carried a higher line of stoves than the competition.  They didn't come out to us.  I wouldn't use them again.

This went much better than expected. Met with Butch from Customer Service, as our kitchen is very small and the space for the new appliances was limited. Butch took all measurements, made suggestions and even helped with some minor customizing to make our final selections work. Butch even accompanied my wife and I to the beautiful showrooms that Mountain High has. There, we all met with Mike from Sales. We told him what we wanted and Butch gave Mike the measurements and a little background on our kitchen. Together, the four of us, made the right decision on appliances. Mike was even able to give us a price break since we went a little over budget. They worked with me on delivery and set-up, gave me a two hour window and were 5 minutes early from that. Will return to Mile High when it's time to replace the washer and dryer.

Returned my call very promptly. Needed it to be fixed asap and they were more than willing to come out that day. Great technicians and great work. Would recommend them to other people.

THE WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT IN LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM. THEY CONTACTED THE VENDOR WHO INITIALLY TOLD THEM THERE WAS NO KNOWN PROBLEM. THEY REPLACED PARTS, REPLACED THE ENTIRE UNIT AND EXAMINING THE WIRING. NO MATTER WHAT THEY DID THE PROBLEM ALWAYS CAME BACK. THE CALLED UP JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY TO CHECK HOW IT WAS WHEN ONE DAY THE REPAIR PERSON CALLED AND ASKED IF HE COULD COME OVER. HE WAS SO EXCITED HE FINALLY FOUND OUT FROM THE MARKETING REP THAT THERE WAS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM WITH THE LATCH IN THE MICROWAVE DOOR, HE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED IT AND WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE.

THEY CAME RIGHT OVER, SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF TIME CHECKING ALL THE POSSIBILITIES. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY ALSO WERE VERY PATIENT AND EXPLAINED MANY OF THE FEATURES OF THE STOVE AND OVEN TO ME.
