See above for details. It was like these guys went to a and quot;How to do Tileand quot; class at Home Depot last Saturday and then showed up at my home the next week. Poor workmanship. Cuts were mis matched, grout seams were all over the park, shower pan was built incorrectly with no curb and pan related area had no moisture barrier and the shower walls were built with improper material. The pan, shower walls and 90% of the tile had to be ripped out by a real contractor so he could finish the job. Miracle ruined about $1000 of my granite.

I felt that his rates were the best of the bidders and that his services would be great. However, the final decision was made by our corporate boss in another state, and none of the bidders got the contract. If/when I need my personal residence cleaned, I would/will hire this company.

Thoroughly cleaned the 3 carpets. They came out very clean and bright. Would definitely use again.

CARPET - Andrew now handles all of our carpet cleaning. He's prompt, professional, and always takes good care of us. He's the owner/operator and it's a great value. iMOLD - In April, 2012 I got very sick and after an air quality test we realized there was mold under the basement subfloor. Andrew had done work for my Mom 4 years before, and we knew he would do a terrific job. And he delivered. He coordinated all of our services: remediation, vapor barrier installation, dry wall repair, and scheduled air duct folks to come in and carefully clean them out. He brought in numerous hepa air filters so that I could get the house back in shape to get healthy. He cleaned all the carpets in the house - moving everything in the basement and making sure it was safe. Over a year later, all is well. We still call Andrew to take care of the carpets and he's super to work with. If I ever had a problem with flooding or mold, he's who I would call.
