I used Louisville Recreation & Senior Services for fitness for a few months until I got my home gym set up. They were so so. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I decided to go to Louisville Recreation & Senior Services because of their price. It is a city owned gym and so they offer senior citizen discounts. It’s not as fancy as the other clubs in this area but I don’t need fancy. They replace their equipments every two years. I think that it is very worthwhile to replace it considering their usage. The facility is very clean. It’s closed for a week during Labor Day for extensive cleaning. They clean the pool, the locker room, everything. They are very much on top of things. One has to be a resident of the city to get the real discounts. The front office people are excellent. However, I never used their trainers because I'm comfortable with the usage of the machines they have. I would continue to use them in the future.
