Louisville Glass

This company installed our shower glass and door when we built our home. A few months later the shower handle became loose, the door started to sag causing the door to creek and not close completely. I contacted Louisville Glass to fix it while it was still under warrantee. When I called I was treated like a and quot;warranteeand quot; person. I definitely did not feel like a priority. I waited 1 month to a month and a half and never heard back from them. I called back talked to an older woman who gave me 3 or 4 excused and she never apologized. She said someone would call me back. I waited another week and 1/2, didn't hear back, so called again. The 3rd guy I talked to was a little nicer, but passed the buck to ANOTHER guy. After finally talking with him he told me it was not under warrantee and there would be a $200 service fee just to come out. Parts and labor were not included. Needless to say, Louisville Glass was not the most friendly, accommodating or affordable. We went with someone else nicer and more professional.

My mother had a custom top made for her dining room table.  I just happened to be there when the delivered it.  The delivery was on time and the guys were polite and helpful with our questions and concerns.  My mom was not clear on the measuring process and the cut was a little off as a result.  They called the office and made arrangements to fix the glass.  They even rounded the corners more, so she would not be hurt if she bumped them.  Sherry, in the office, was very kind when I called in regarding the return.  
I have not used them personally, but will now, if the need comes up.  Wonderful customer service!

Great customer service,the work was done on time, as promised. The employees I dealt with were helpful and professional. Other companies I contacted either didn't respond at all or couldn't do the work for weeks. Louisville Glass told me ''a couple days'' and that is exactly how long it took, I am thrilled!

The screen was dropped off and it took about a week to get it back which I thought was a long time, but apparently they are very busy. The screen was fixed and the frame looked as if it had been cleaned as well. It was worth the wait as it was a very small repair and they did a great job.

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT UNDER PROMISED AND OVER PRODUCED. THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AHEAD OF THE STATED SCHEDULE AND UNDER THE QUOTED PRICE. GOOD LOCAL PEOPLE, USE THEIR SERVICES.
