Jason (the owner) was extremely responsive and a joy to work with. He answered all my questions promptly and provided a quote quickly. He works with a small number of people that he's had for years and personally supervised the installation. Great work! Would recommend to anyone. His price was neither the highest or the lowest but my comfort with him and his work was #1.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Jason from JK Endeavors did for me and my family.  I found him on Angie's List on a Saturday and he called me back first thing Monday morning and was able to take a look at my roof and give me a quote that same day because he was working near by.  As opposed to the larger roofing companies Jason only has one crew and so you know you won't fall through the cracks.  The materials were delivered on a Tuesday and they ripped off the old roof and put on the new one in one day.  They also replaced all of the vents and cut and added 3 additional vents at my request.  One if these new vents was for a bathroom exhaust fan and I actually told them the wrong location.  I provided the vent but Jason was kind enough to come back the next business day cut and install that vent in the proper location. He also helped me adjust my swamp cooler to use less water, clean and fix a leak in my gutter, and painted all of the pipes coming out of my roof that stood out since we changed the roof color.  If you want a small company, who does top quality work, and is truly local to Boulder county (he lives in Louisville) you can't go wrong with JK Endeavors.  They also did an excellent job cleaning up as when I came home I couldn't tell that a roof had been torn off only hours earlier.  There were no roofing nails on the ground, no errant shingles anywhere, nor tar stains on my driveway.  Couldn't be more pleased with Jason and his crew.  This wasn't an insurance job but one that I was paying for out of pocket because we had received some money at closing from the previous owners.  If I had wanted to make a claim, Jason was more than happy to meet the insurance adjuster at my house and show them where the hail damage was. 

We had a serious bout of hail in our area. I had Jason inspect the roof; he informed me that it was very likely that the roof would need to be replaced. We proceeded to call our insurance company. When the insurance company was doing the inspection, Jason was there to answer any questions/concerns etc. When we decided to proceed, Jason dealt with all the paper work: insurance company, town permit etc. We have solar panels on our roof. So we had to coordinate the solar panel removal and reinstall with the roof work. We got help in that area as well.

We were also provided with samples of the various colors that were available for the roof. We selected one of them and got
HOA approval within days. The job itself was done very efficiently. Most of the work was done in one day. New gutters painted to match the original color were put up a few days thereafter.

Excellent communication and work! Jason is a person who is trustable and gets the job done.
I have already recommended Jason to several of my neighbors.

I called them up and left a message because I noticed that there were some ripped off (from wind) shingles on the roof.Jason (the owner) call right back. He came over to my house late evening, the very same day. He inspected the roofand even provided me with a photo of the damage. He was very professional and friendly.He had the roof fixed the next day. He provided another photo of the finished job. In addition to the job, he also sealed a few areas of concern. I can highly recommend them!

Jason and his crew provided a top quality roof at a great price.

I am a picky customer and they handled all my requests.

I asked for IR shingles ... no problem.
I asked for synthetic underlay ... no problem.
I asked for a ridge line vent ... no problem.
I asked for 4" downspouts and gutters ... no problem.

We got that bundled up into a price that was fair and the J K Endeavors crew did a great job installing the entire system.

We preformed a ton of work this season (roof, paint, grading, sprinklers, sod, new driveway) and I deeply appreciate that this contractor was one of two with which we had absolutely no trouble whatsoever.

JK Endeavors did a wonderful job on my roof. Jason (the owner) was very easy to work with. He responded promptly to emails and answered my questions. He was able to get my roof replacement scheduled within days of my initial call. He and his crew showed up promptly at 7:30 a.m. and stayed until almost 8:00 p.m. to get as much done as possible. They returned the next morning to finish and to clean up. Throughout the process, Jason emailed me to let me know the status. JKE's cost was quite a bit less than the other quotes I got for the same job. Jason even cleaned my gutters for no additional charge, whereas another company said I would need to pay an additional cost to have that done.

I would definitely use JK Endeavors in the future and would recommend them to others.

JK Endeavors came highly recommended from another contractor that I've used in the past. He worked with me on the insurance part (although I wasn't covered) and was helpful in the choosing of the roofing material and colors. Jason was knowledgeable about the entire process and professional. The crew showed up at 7:30 am and was finished by 7:30 pm. They came back to finish clean up and finish the install of the gutter system. Recommended.

Jason was fantastic! He was knowledgable about working with my insurance company and was dead on in his recommendation for the type of shingle and color for my house. HOA approval was a breeze as Jason already knew what shingles my HOA had already accepted. In less than a week I had a new roof.I highly recommend Jason!

I obtained 4 quotes from various roofers (from Angie's List), before ultimately going with JK Endeavors.  Here's why:

1.  Jason was by far the most knowledgeable and honest - meaning he was not just a sales guy, he actually installs roofs and works with his own crew.  

2.  JK Endeavors had the best price.  Others tried to sell me on a "lifetime" shingle, but they didn't disclose the wind rating or class (Class 4 rating is really the only lifetime one from what I understand).  We went with the Tamko Heritage 30 year shingle in Thunderstorm Grey as it was a good shingle at the right price for us and the synthetic underlay (better than tar paper).

3.  Jason uses the same crew for every job.  There aren't 20 crews managed by someone in an office.  Jason is on site for every job and doesn't move to the next roof until yours is completed.

4.  He listened to my areas of concern where there was previous leaking, and agreed to install a chimney cricket even when it was not required by code (I wanted to be sure it would not leak again).

5.  Since they are a smaller company they were able to get us on the schedule much quicker than the larger companies.

 By the way, stay away from any salesmen who bring a power point presentation - their estimates will be higher for lower quality materials.

JK Endeavors installed our roof in 1 day.  They had to remove two layers of asphalt shingles, repairing 11 sheets of rotted plywood, install 2 extra attic vents, install ice & water shield along the edges and valleys, installing chimney cricket and new flashing around chimney.   They laid blue tarps all around the house and cleaned up well, also using a magnet to pick up any stray nails.  Shingle overhang was install properly and the roof looks awesome.  No leaks (I checked with a hose a week later).  Jason also stands behind his work and said to call him if there are any problems in the future.
Overall great experience!  Highly recommended!!!

Overall very good experience.  JK Endeavors (Jason) was putting on a new roof on a neighbors house.  He noticed my roof had some wind damage (a few missing shingles) and left a note saying that he could probably put a new roof on my house for my insurance deductible.  I called Jason back and he explained about the wind damage and I should call my insurance company to inspect it.  I talked to may insurance company (State Farm) and arranged for an adjustor to come and take a look at my roof.  Jason and the adjustor went up on the roof and talked about what needed to be done.  Bottom line, State Farm agreed with Jason about the wind damage and agreed to replace the roof.
Even though State Farm was just replacing a 20 yr old 25 yr "organic" shingle, Jason was able to upgrade me to a 40 yr, diminsional and hail resistant roof.  The colors were limited but we found a lighter one (silver) that looks great.  So for the price of my insurance deductible, I was able to get a brand new and much better roof.  The $8,200 was the total price of the roof but I only needed to pay my insurance deductible out of my own pocket.
An added benefit is the "hail resistant" roof now saves me about 25% off my yearly house insurance bill with State Farm.  A win/win all around.
