All went well, the rep measured and took care around the window with the retractable screen which protrudes out. The blinds work perfectly.

My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. There was a measurement problem with one set of wood blinds. I was not satisfied. I expected A level work. The customer service was outstanding. There was no fight. Innovative Openings made the correction and installed blinds with the right measurements. The real test of customer service is how a provider responds when there is a problem. Innovative Openings did a great job. Kevin, the sales manager, called after the installation was completed to make sure that we were satisfied. My wife and I are very pleased. Mathew, who did the installation, was excellent.

They were incredibly responsive, scheduled an appointment within a few days, had great suggestions and lived up to their commitments. I would definitely recommend them.

Susan, Innovative Openings designer, came to the house.  We talked about design, color as well as function.  The front of our house faces East and the back, West.  It was important to have sun blocking options as the Western side of the house, especially the second floor, can get very hot.  
As we  have 21 windows, the cost was a big factor.  After discussing and looking over many options, I purchased a combination of  roller shades and Hunter Douglas Applause blackout shades and vertiglides for the sliding doors.  
Susan, bar none, gave me the best customer service.   I had to keep our budget on track and Hunter Douglas has beautiful products, all in a variety of price ranges.  I wanted a clean look and again, quality and function were big factors in the decision making process. 
Susan's suggestions and creative eye helped me very much.  I'm thrilled with my choices.  

This firm was recommended by Gary's Handyman Service.  One of the 3 blinds in our livingroom collapsed on Friday, so we had no privacy for several days.  Since it was part of a set, we wanted to have it repaired as opposed to replacing all 3 pieces.  We had no idea what was involved or how long it would take to fix.  My husband walked into their shop with the broken blind and left 10 minutes later with a repaired blind.  It was great!

They seemed to be willing to not try to sell you the highest priced stuff. They gave us our options and made suggestions so that we could pick up something that fit our budget. They were significantly less than what another provider quoted for the exact same stuff. Their customer service was a lot better too. They have more locations than what I found on Angie?s website, and a few are actually located in the Denver Metro Area. The quality of the Hunter Douglas shades is very good.

I like the warranty program with the blind cords this company offers. They are not cheap but they seem to be really knowledgeable. They could answer my questions that were environmentally based. You can tell they do not pay commission so they are pretty honest with you too. I really liked them a lot and my windows look great.

The shades were great and made of a great material. The gentleman that explained the product was helpful and nice. The man that did installation was very nice and put on booties over his shoes. Did a nice job and it was a nice clean operation all in all.

The first sales person in the showroom would not give us any service. We had to flag someone down to look at material samples and write up the order. When the awning arrived they scheduled installers. When the installers came to put the awning up, they unpacked it and a cable snapped sending the metal arm flying back into one of the workman. He had to go to the hospital and another awning needed to be ordered. When it arrived, it was installed without incident.

The representative was very pleasant. He showed us various levels of sun shade and recommended which he thought would be best. The window is above the kitchen sink and he had to be very careful and agile since he couldn't stand on the counter. He was very pleasant about the situation and handled it well. The shade was a perfect fit and installation, also a tricky thing, was done without a hitch. There were no problems at all and the shade was as expected.

The salesperson was extremely helpful, and I was very happy with the Hunter Douglas shades, and the way they were installed. I am happy with the three rooms that they worked in, and I have several more I would like them to do in the future.

This company is a pleasure to work with. They came out to take the measurements, & discuss colors & styles that would work best with the large windows. When the custom window treatments were ready, they came out to install them at a time that worked for me. I didn't have to take off time from work during the day, because they were willing to come at the end of the day, around 5:30. I appreciate the way they worked with me.

THE REPAIR TEAM SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED AND WENT TO WORK. THEY WERE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS MORE INVOLVED AND THEY HAD TO CALL IN EXTRA HELP. THE HELP SHOWED UP IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED THEY ONLY CHARGED FOR THE TIME WORKED, NOT THE TIME THEY WAITED FOR EXTRA HELP.

GREAT WORK DONE THAT UTILIZED QUALITY MATERIALS THAT HAVE MADE THE HOUSE LOOK GREAT. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND ERROR FREE AND COMMUNICATION WAS OPEN AND STRAIGHTFORWARD.

THIS IS A WELL KNOWN COMPANY IN THIS AREA. WORK WAS WELL DONE AND THE RECOMMENDATIONS THEY MADE FIT IN WITH OUR DECOR VERY WELL. THE INSTALLATION WAS ALSO VERY WELL DONE. THEY ARE PROBABLY NOT THE LOWEST PRICED COMPANY FOR THIS TYPE OF THING, BUT THEY DO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
