+ -1 moreGeoff told us the project would take about three weeks to complete, it took three and a half because our Glass had to set and the glass company needed to re-adjust for the showerdoor. We had a lot of glass out front but it needed to be done right! Geoff took care to cover our bedroom and bathroom floor. Our project started in late feburary, Geoff was on time every morning and cleaned up before we got home, the transition from what we had was amazing (we didn't take photos before because we never liked what we had). We really love our new master bathroom thanks to Geaff Baum Construction and crew!
Description of Work: We contacted Goeff Baum Construction and asked him to come to our home and review a plan that we wanted for our master bathroom. He asked what would be a convenient time for both of us for his visit, he came at the appointed time, looked at our master bathroom and asked what we wanted, we said we needed more space, tiled walls and floor with an overhead rain shower head also a european glass framed wall. and new windows. He made some suggestions and took notes. At the end of our appointment he said he's get back to us with a quote. His quote (sent the next day) was about what we expected, we had other quotes but went with a local contractor who had done some work in other homes in our development. We appreciated his professional work ethic and attention to detail in working with his sub-contractors. They all did a great job and we love our new master bathroom!! + -1 moreHE GAVE US AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN HE WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND THEN CALLED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE WE WERE READY. HE ALWAYS KEPT US UP TO DATE ON THINGS THAT WE NEEDED TO DECIDE ON SO THAT WE HAD TIME TO DECIDE AND ORDER THINGS, LIKE CARPET & CABINETS. HE ALWAYS ORGANIZED THE WORK SPACE AT THE END OF THE DAY, SO THAT IT MINIMIZED THE DUST. HE GAVE PRACTICAL AND GOOD ADVISE, BUT ALWAYS LISTENED TO OUR WISHES. HE WAS PRETTY ACCURATE ABOUT HOW LONG THE JOB WOULD TAKE. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: GEOFF WAS HIRED TO REMODEL OUR BASEMENT. HE OBTAINED PERMITS, SUPPLIES AND DID MOST OF THE WORK. HE SUPERVISED ANY WORK HE SUBCONTRACTED OUT.
