Removal of sod, and replaced with tilled in top soil and pea pebble pathway. Incredibly hard work done in a few hours. Very professional and polite.

I called around, but most plow companies either didn't answer or return my call, or were not taking any new clients. Edin called me back in just a couple of minutes and was very helpful and easy to work with. He came over and plowed my driveway a few hours later, and left a bill as I had left to run an errand. He did a great job and I will definitely be calling him the next time it snows!

I phoned Edin to ask about snow removal. He showed within an hour with a helper and began shoveling right away. He gave me a quote of $45 to remove snow from our very long driveway and our sidewalk and front walkway. I am happy to hire such a hard worker who is trying to make an honest living. I will hire him each snow and will be talking to him to care for our landscape as well.

From the initial telephone call, Mr. Cordon was professional.  He was punctual for the estimate appointment and was actually earlier than expected on the day of the job.  Mr. Cordon and his crew were efficient, precise,  and thorough and when finished, all evidence of their cuttings was gone.  Our yard looked great.  This is a job that we have always done ourselves, taking a week or more to get it finished and being exhausted by the end.  It was so wonderful to know that  the spring cleanup is done and we didn't have to do it!  Mr. Cordon will definitely get our business from now on.

I have a one-acre property in the foothills that was in need of a good mowing and trimming.  The buffalo grass and natural plants and weeds were overgrown and the place was looking shaggy. I called several landscapers. Edin came out the following day and walked around the property and gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. It seemed a bit expensive, but he was pleasant and direct and available that week, so I hired him. Two days later Edin and one other crewman arrived as scheduled with their mower and tools and went to work on the grass and weeds.  They worked steadily for several hours, mowing, trimming and weeding, and when they were finished my place looked like it had a fresh buzz cut. They did a very clean and thorough job for the amount we had agreed upon, including bagging and carting away the yard refuse.  I'll hire Edin Cordon Lawn Services again.

My wife hired them. My wife liked them, was pleased with them and decided to hire them. They did a good job. I was not here for much of the work but we were pleased with the results. We would use their services again in the future.

Before they started the landscaping was severely overgrown and a mess. They worked very hard thorugh the day and ended up taking two large truck loads of cut trees, branches, junipers, etc away. It looks so much better now and I felt like we received excellent value I will definitely have them continue providing services in the future.
