I had done research and knew the tires I wanted for my car. The staff said they were in stock and told us when they could get the work done. We walked across the parking lot to IHOP and had breakfast. They called us earlier than we expected and the tires were installed. The price for the tires I wanted was competitive. The work was done correctly and quickly!

I purchased four new Michelin tires and had them balanced and mounted. Everything went smoothly except I wish they had a better method for scheduling. Its first come first served and once I finished shopping at Costco I still had a long wait. At times I could see myself spending hours there. Make sure you can plan other things to do.

Mostly positive. It was the busy time of year (late fall) in which people were all trying to get new tires, so the wait was 3 1/2 hours. Normally its an hour or less. Their tires come with free balancing and flat repair for as long as you own them, which is very nice - there's no hard sell for a tire warranty like most tire places have.

The installation of the tires was done in less than an hour, while we shopped at the store. The tires seem to be very good. We have since taken a 1200 mile trip and the ride was smooth and safe.

THE PRICE WAS BY FAR THE BEST AROUND ANYWHERE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE TIRE WE NEEDED WAS ON BACKORDER AND WE HAD TO WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET WHAT WE WANTED. IT SEEMED THAT MODEL TIRE IS HIGHLY POPULAR. MOST TIRES DON'T TAKE THAT LONG THOUGH - USUALLY NEXT DAY OR 2 DAYS TYPICALLY.
