The whole team was professional, punctual and answered all questions I had. They did a fantastic job with my project and helped me every step of the way from design to finish. I am very pleased with their work and would use them again in a heart beat.

They were like a general contracting service that rounded up all of the contractors. I'm sure we paid a premium for all of the services. They did the design and then engaged each one of the required contractors including drywallers, electricians, plumbers and carpenters. They were professional and they seemed pretty thorough. There were very few wrinkles in getting the job done. There are always one or two that pop up but nothing major. I'm sure we paid a premium for their services but they seemed to be unique in that they scheduled a contracting team such that there was a minimum of delay and it was all very tightly sequenced even though they were subcontractors. We didn't bid out the individual contractors and we probably paid more than we needed to.

Certainly not the cheapest but what an organization and follow up all along the way, from the choice of the materials until the final completion and help to correct some issues.  Sara and all the team have been fantastic to schedule the remodel with minimum disruptions (especially with 2 very young kids) and coordinate every contractor so that the whole adventure was as seamless as possible.  Everything from the demo until the tiling of the backsplash was completed within 1 week.  We had some issues (needed additional polishing of the corners of the counter and one issue with a touch less faucet) and they have been on top for correcting everything in a more than timely manner.  We will gladly use them again when we will remodel our bathrooms.

Cabinet, sink and countertop installation went fine. The problem is the lack of attention to details and the fact I had to insist to get them taken care of. For example moving the dishwasher left a hole in the hardwood floor (missing plank) and they were going to leave it as-is. They ripped an entire length of baseboard to put the fridge in, but weren't going to put it back in, and even when they did, they nailed it in without caulking or finishing it. They charged me for am extra bracket to mount the dishwasher, which I would have expected them to realize wa needed before they tried to put it in, but the bracket flexes when you open the dishwasher drawer, causing it to lean out of its space under the countertop. Cabinet quality is so-so. After 2 years several of the drawers are catching and won't "soft close" easily. But mostly i am unhappy about the lack of attention to "whole job" details. I paid a premium compared to Home Depot but got no better service.

The company provided CAD drawings so I would know how the kitchen and sunroom/laundry room would look on completion, and offered logical reasons for the design choices made. Mark and Wendy Hawkins are smart business people who understand that making customer service a priority means referrals from happy customers. The Hawkinses have terrific follow through. They did not just sell me cabinets and run. They helped put together a construction team, and were there to help me with problems that occurred throughout the renovation and afterwards.

An excellent job from start to finish. Everything outlined in the companies proposal was met to 100% satisfaction. Additionally, all verbal commitments were kept. The installation was completed on time as promised. A five star operation.

MARK IS VERY FRIENDLY CONSIENCIOS AND TIMELY. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. MARK IS ALSO VERY CREATIVE AND HAS VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
