Please accept our heartfelt appreciation for your incredible work at our home. You created a new entrance with a stunning outdoor spiral staircase, and deck that is FANTASTIC. Our neighbors still come by just to marvel at your work. :) Your team, was a joy to work with from the first planning meeting to the final nail. Working on the side of a mountain is not for the faint hearted, and not only did your team never complain, but always worked with a smile, a whistle, and an appreciation for the beauty around you. What a delight to work together. As we all know, this project held some unique challenges, and we are grateful for your thoughtful, creative, and cost-effective approaches. We don’t expect that many of your projects will require your team to learn Chinese to put together a staircase delivered in hundreds of parts, but it is a perfect example of how you always go the extra-mile.:) Because of your thorough planning approach, your budget and timing estimates were spot on! When the project was over, we said good-bye to new friends not just a contractor and crew. Extremely well. During our (two) additions, they would collaborate on ideas from both them and us. They built a garage and (2)900sq ft additions for us and we will use them again. Honest, hard working, and very friendly. Use them if you need anything built.
