+ -1 moreShe was very nice and helpful. She said that if the problem came back it would probably be difficult to fix unless I just keep changing the bag. She found an inexpensive way to work around the problem.
Description of Work: Our vacuums height adjustment kept disengaging. She tried to determine the problem. Unfortunately our bag was close to full at the time. Once she replaced the bag, the problem was temporarily fixed. She couldn't determine what the real problem was. I've learned that I can't let the bag get too full or I have that problem again.
