If the person I’m talking to doesn’t know the answer, they’ll find someone there that does know the answer and tell me. They won’t bull you.

Mechanically, it seems good so far. However, when I picked it up, I walked out of the building and saw a new dent in the side. Something had been been run into the car, it wan't a door ding. They took no responsibility, just pointed out there were other dings on the car. I know my car, and I know it wasn't there before. I couldn't have missed one like this. A sharp impact.
So, if you take a car for service, walk the exterior with someone from service. Note all existing dings, etc. Make sure they are marking them on a body chart. Walk the car when you pick it up and look for anything new. Then you may have a chance of them taking responsibility when they damage your car.
I do like the people at the dealership. Just hate things like this.

We went looking for a Subaru Outback and ended up with a Forester. That wasn't the issue. The issue was how we got to that point and afterward when we changed our mind about the car. We wanted some features in the car that surprisingly did not come with the car. The salesman said it would be an easy fix. So we bought the car and then found out it was not an easy fix. We had told the salesman that if we could not have these things installed, it would be a deal breaker. He assured us it was no problem to get it done. When we found out that it wasn't like he told us, we wanted to get out of the sale and get the cars we traded in back. The general manager told us that we could not do this because the title work had just been done and that there was no right of recision law in Colorado. I found out from an attorney that he was not true. We feel that we were lied to and that this was the worst car buying experience that we have ever had. I would not recommend this dealership because of the way they do business.

Because the dash had to be removed to access and repair a problem, it took most of the day. I have a good-neighbor that offered to provide a backup ride but Valley Subaru does have a shuttle service available.
The quality of the work was above/beyond my expectation, so really I have to post a review. An auto shop that takes the time and effort to *reprogram* your radio stations after major electrical work is definitely taking care of the details! They also noted future service/repairs -- most shops will -- but showed me a couple that I could easily and *cheaply* do myself. Another reason I have to post an A+ review.
Finding an auto shop you can trust is tougher than a Colorado 14-er -- I trust these guys.

I have had no call or response whatsoever from Valley after numerous attempts and poor reviews. They don't care and NEVER give them an ounce of business. Very unprofessional and have proven to be your and quot;typicaland quot; horrible experience at a dealership. I am in the market for another Subaru and will never buy from them (or service my car) there again. It's too bad because the two gentleman working the service counter were really nice and seemed to care.

The driver side window was stuck down and would not go up. They estimated repair cost of $400. My wife took the car in. They replaced the switch for $300 without checking out anything else. After replacing the switch they said that the motor was bad and would cost an additional $400 which we do not have. So we ended up with the window still not functional after paying $300. They should have checked the motor prior to replacing the switch so we could have at least saved the money on the switch.

Purchased vehicle new in 2006 at dealership. Most thorough and reasonably priced quote for service. Scheduled car for next-day repairs. Courtesy shuttle provided for ride to/from work. Prompt driver and repairs completed on-time within scope of quote. Great experience and I highly recommend them for sales or service!

They were good at pricing but I paid cash for it. I got a loan from credit union and paid for it that way. I thought they had a good price. The sales guys were nice. They didn’t pressure me. The quality wasn’t outstanding but it was very good. I don’t go back because it’s too far to drive over there. If they were closer I would probably use them for an oil change but they are far. When I buy a car it’s more or less a one time or two time visit. I would buy another car from them if I have to.

They are fine but they are a dealership. I feel that they try to find additional things that aren't necessarily wrong with the car to charge you for. They do good work; I haven't had any problems with anything that I had repaired there but they are a standard dealership. I might use them but I will hopefully just go with another shop.

They could have sold me pads and other services but they told me i only needed the rotors. They gave me an accurate estimate and delivered the vehicle to me in clean condition on time. i felt the service people were courteous, understanding, and quite knowledgeable.

They are very good. They washed the truck, and didn't charge me. It was a good deal.

I was searching for a new Nissan Altima with specific features and color. Valley did not have one in stock, but said they could get one delivered from another dealer. Valley prepared a quote and stated that it was exactly the car I was looking for. After some checking through a third party, I discovered that the car they selected was actually a demo car with over 1600 miles on it - hardly brand new and probably abused! They were very friendly and responsive, but ultimately hid information from me to try to make the sale. Their price was also much higher than a quote I obtained from an online source.

I've always been very pleased with them. They are very professional. They do what I say and they don't do anything more than I want them to do.

After only having the car for one week, the muffler felt off and they are not willing to replace it. They never returned my calls after numerous attempts to contact them. They still have not given me my inspection report.
