Interior & Exterior House Painting plus Staining Outside Decks. I own my business and do all work myself. I am fully insured through American Family Insurance. All work is guaranteed 2 years. Multiple references are provided. The company name is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. My clients are assured of exact cost to expect, based upon the detailed complimentary estimate. The estimate is ALWAYS based on the project. I do not charge an hourly fee. No unexpected fees added. Work is never subcontracted out. Terms of payment are: 1/3 at start of project, 1/3 at approximate half-way point, final 1/3 due upon completion to your satisfaction.
