Truste Construction exceeded all our expectations. From initial estimations to final construction, Jeff Stedman and his team were fair, dependable and operated with quality throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Truste Construction for those who want a project delivered with high quality at a fair price.

The project went great! Jeff and his team stuck to the budget and timeline of the project. The only delays or additional expenses came from our schedule or chosen options and Truste Construction worked to our convenience.

Jeff does fabulous work. Every day I take a shower and I'm amazed at how perfect the tile and cabinets are. My wife and I had a very specific design in mind and Jeff was able to deliver exactly what we'd asked for. We couldn't be happier with the quality. There were a few delays and it cost a bit more than estimated due to some plumbing issues we couldn't have know about until we pulled the tub, but I was aware of that possibility from our initial consultation. I will definitely be calling Truste for my next project.

We hired Truste Construction to finish our basement. We are very happy with the workmanship and quality of the finish. They did a fantastic job. Jeff and his crew were professional yet personable. As with any larger project, we ran into some issues. Jeff did a great job explaining the issue and advised us on ways to resolve them. He also made suggestions on ways to improve the design. We absolutely love the features he suggested. He worked hard to stay close the the original quote. His prices were very competitive. We made some changes as the project progressed which did push the cost a little higher. He handled all aspects of the project. He worked with the subcontractors and coordinated all of the scheduling. The project took a little longer than originally planned, but Jeff kept us informed on everything that was going on as the project progressed. We enthusiastically recommend Truste Construction.

Mr. Stedman was communicative every step of the way. He organized and coordinated every part of the process and gave us timely updates. Every worker he employed was very professional and did an outstanding job. As the work progressed, there were some minor changes that I had him do which didn't impact the work at all. I would definitely hire again for more work.

When we started was an open basement area where the laundry room was he added another living space area and a bathroom me and husband are both extreamly pleased with how it turned out only neg I can say is be patient with him he’s a very busy guy so sometimes scheduling seemed tight and took a bit longer than thought it would but if need any additional work would defently call him first did a fantastic job well worth the wait

Jeff and his team did great. We had them finish our basement from start to finish in two phases. We had a general idea of what we were looking for, but Jeff helped us layout a plan best for the space we had. AJ does excellent work as well - timely and professional. He works really well with his subcontractors. During both phases, the project came in right at budget, and on time.

Jeff and AJ recently completed a project finishing my basement and I cannot say enough about what a POSITIVE experience this was from start to finish. I absolutely love my new basement. The project was completed in a timely fashion and completely on budget. The pathways of communication were always clear and concise. Jeff responded quickly to any and all of my questions and was willing to talk things through when I was undecided about a direction. Both he and AJ made great suggestions about small details that could be added or alternative options. The sub contractors that were used were professional, friendly and respectful of my space. I would highly recommend Truste Construction to anyone and will absolutely use them again.

Jeff Stedman of Truste Construction completed some repairs in our Northglenn finished basement and sunroom in September 2017. Jeff and his son framed in an HVAC duct run and patched several cutouts in the ceiling and walls; they dry walled and textured the areas. We opted to do our own finish painting to save a few dollars. I contacted Jeff through Angies List, he came out the next week to give us an estimate. We agreed on his contract and he was able to fit our job in within 3 weeks. The project was completed on time and on budget, it looks great and blends right in with the surrounding areas. We are very happy with the time and quality of the work and are so pleased to have our house back together again. We would not hesitate to call Jeff again.

Jeff and AJ do fantastic work. They showed up when they said they would (and earlier sometimes!), kept me updated on schedule/complications, worked with us on overages and schedule changes. Jeff even completed some tacked on work that wasn't initially part of the bid. He has reliable subs that he has good relationships with. He made good suggestions as the project progressed, and worked with us so we could complete bits and pieces of work in/around his schedule (low voltage wiring, some trim work, etc). Jeff was a pleasure to work with and we're already planning our next projects around what he can help us with.

Jeff and AJ did a great job. He gave me the best quote out of the people I contacted. I told him how much money I had to work with and he made sure I stayed in my budget. They took an odd shaped area and created a space that looks like its suppose to be there. Jeff gave me advice on some changes and I am glad I listened to him. His subs did a great job. I did ask that they call the night before to tell me when to expect them.They were all very polite and I was comfortable with them being in my home.The dry wall guys work turned out wonderful but you should put something on the floors where they walk the day they do mud its a messy process. These are great guys I would be happy to hire them again. And they were all wonderful with my 3 dogs. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out!

Jeff and AJ were excellent to work with.   Created floor plans to help us customize the way we wanted, came in over 2000 under our estimate and we LOVE our new basement!!!  We actually curently are having Truste construction quote us for back patio work and at look I looking forward to our next project with them.

They did a great job on ou basement. They did what we asked and also had some ideas of their own that made the project turn out even better. We felt very comfortable having them in and around our home and family

This is the second time in less than a year that we hired Truste Construction to work on our house. They did a complete remodel of the outside last fall, then more recently added a second bath to a utility room. 
Over all, both projects went well, but since the bath remodel was more recent, I am mostly using that as an example.
The bath project went very smoothly, although did take a little longer than anticipated, but delays were due to unexpected things being revealed when removing the concrete to reroute plumbing, some sub's timing and waiting on inspectors. We went from an unfinished utility room with hot water heater, furnace and washer & dryer to a finished space with a sink, stool and shower and all the other items that were already there... I did not get pictures of the room before work started, but I will include one taken early in the process of the floor removed... and the finished product. (If I can figure out how!)
On the first (outside) project, we picked the sub contractors and Jeff (owner) worked with them after we hired our choices. On the second project Jeff hired all the subs. On both projects, we made some decisions that changed scope of work and Jeff made adjustments to the plans as we went. We liked the way Truste charges and bills. His estimates for time and materials have been good and if there is any deviation, he communicates it right away. 
There are several reasons I can highly recommend Truste Construction. First is Jeff's willingness to work with us to help make the project more affordable - like who hired the subs, and  we did some of the painting and clean up. We agreed at the beginning of each project what we could do to save on the budget on each job and we did some work in both this project and the previous one. They got the hard part done, then taught us enough to finish the flooring in the bath. And he pick-up the vanity we purchased at a local home improvement store to save us the delivery charge. Second, he communicates well, letting us know when to expect them, and when it was going to be especially noisy. (I work from home and was here during most the the bath project.)  He has even helped us with some add on projects that we are tackling.  We have more projects coming down the pipe and will be Hiring Truste Construction again!
