We call Sullivan Septic on short notice with sewage backup. Sullivan come out the same day, it was late and dark outside. However, the gentleman stayed late until the problem was resolved. I was thankful to have called Sullivan Septic.

The lift station on our septic tank went out the night of Thanksgiving. We called Kevin the day after Thanksgiving and he was out within a few hours and had drained our septic tank and then replaced our lift station in a very timely manner. He was courteous and very helpful and informative. We were able to some other parts for the septic that we were needing and he was able to do it all. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them to any one and will use them again if the need arises.

It was the very worst experience I have ever had with a service company.  Sullivan was dishonest, falsified a report in order to obtain a job that would have cost $18,000, and submitted an inaccurate report to the city.  If that wasn't bad enough, he then tried to bully me into calling the City and misrepresent what had happened.
