Very unprofessional, defensive, abusive company! Paid $350 for an appraisal with major errors. Office manager has issues. Avoid this company.

She was seven days later than what she said. She sent the wrong appraisal to the wrong person. In both cases, I got my neighbor’s personal information and she got mine. The appraisal was a lot lower than what it is usually worth. In my opinion, the appraisal was off by $40,000 minimum. When we called her to reach out, she was first defensive. Then she accused me of coercion. We paid her $350 for her to do the research. We are out that money since she did the appraisal wrong, and she sent my information to my neighbor and sent hers to mine. She was in the house for 15 minutes before she asked for the check. We were appalled by the service that she provided. The landlord agrees that the appraisal was way off. Overall, it was untimely, unconfidential and she was very unprofessional. I would never use her services again and would like my money back.
