I have been a customer of St. Vrain for many years. I am very disappointed in their customer care and communication. They recently sent me an email which essentially fired me as a "tree trimming" client for no reason. Absolutely no explanation was made for their decision. Client communication is the backbone of the service industry and I am astounded by St. Vrain's lack of professionalism. I really do wonder what is going on with their business. I would not recommend them to anyone!

St Vrain Arbor Care sent a hard working crew to trim dead branches and cable my large blue spruce. The team was very efficient, did a great job, and followed safety precautions while in the tree and on the ground. They removed resulting debris and left the area clean. I will call them in the future to work on my trees as needed.

St Vrain Arbor Care takes care of lots of trees in my yard. They are good with both evergreen and deciduous trees. Crews are professional and careful. They are the best.

They rescheduled twice because other customers had more urgent jobs, which was a bit of an inconvenience. But when they did finally come, they came on time, did the job, and left the yard clean. I am pleased with the work.

I'm not thrilled with their quality of work. They were supposed to trim all the dead branches off my apple tree here and they didn't and I had to call them back to do that. Somebody needs to teach them how to clean up because they don't clean up once they are done.

We've used St. Vrain Arbor Care for several years to care for the trees on our property. On an annual basis they treat the trees several times throughout the year. Last year they pruned all of the trees and they look beautiful.

Overall, they are great! They are all very honest and friendly people. They call ahead to schedule the appointment. I started using them 11 years ago. They are prompt and professional upon arrival of the appointment. I would definitely use them again, in fact, they are coming out today! I recommend them to all my friends.

Overall, the service that St Vrain Arbor Care was very good.. The came to my house twice. The first time to fertilize and spray protect my trees. The secon visit was to trim the fire blight from my crab apple tree.

We also try to prune back a few inches from the infected area. We do our best to provide as much value as we can and price jobs appropriately. The service has been okay. The issue is the communication has been poor. I called them two weeks ago and they never got back to me. I thought the original individual I talked to would perform the service, however, they sent out a different individual. By my expressing my dismay they never got back to me and requesting the same person who originally talked with me to perform the service I have been labeled volitale and offensive. Also, they have terminated my account and threatened if I contacted them again they would treat that as harassment and refer me to the local authorities.

They offer a wide variety of natural and other safe chemical treatments. They are very earth conscience and really care. They have given us a lot of advice about pruning trees and what type of trees to plant. It's well above someone just coming out to trim your trees.

This company is great. The person who answered the phone was helpful in scheduling a time for someone to come out. The arbor care person came out on schedule and was very knowledgeable on examining problems with my trees (some needing iron, others having aphids or scale, etc.). Since it was late in the year, he was very honest that most applications they could do would not do much good in July, but wrote up a proposal for treatment for the next year which had very reasonable costs (note: other similar companies did not tell me this, but just wanted to dump chemicals right away, which wouldn't have done any good at this time of year). I would highly recommend this local company over some of the national companies that I had come out to do an estimate.

I love this company. However, they are a bit more expensive than some of the other services. The quality of service is better, though. They'll give you a couple days ahead of time. The people that show up are polite and professional. They get the job done and they go.

ST. VRAIN ARBOR CARE IS VERY METICULOUS ABOUT THEIR TREE TRIMMING. THEY CAN TRIM TREES WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE TRUCK ACCESS TO THE TREE, WHICH IS IMPORTANT SINCE OUR YARD IS FULL OF MATURE TREES WITH NO EASY VEHICLE ACCESS.
