They did an excellent service and they have a excellent customer service.

The technician came out to measure and found out that the glass had a film on it and the new window would have to have a film so it would match the others.  Slade agreed to have the film installed at their site rather than having me call a separate film vendor, after the window was installed, which I did not want to do.  Tim came to install the window and wasn't totally satisfied with the film after window installation - it was something unique.  Within 30 minutes, he and the film technician were back at the house determined for perfection.  They said I should evaluate the window for a few days, call if everything was just as they left it, and then I would be billed the remaining amount,.  I was flawed by this.  I believe Slade is a qualified glass company and even more important, a company truly committed to customer service and satisfaction.,  I will use this company again, and let me friends and neighbors hear my praises.
