At the beginning of August, 2011, I called Sea Breeze landscaping for an estimate on yard cleanup and maintenance. I asked him to stop by on a particular morning between 8:00-8:30am, which he agreed to. He did not show up that morning. So I called, left a message for him to give me a call to reschedule. Instead of calling me back, he just knocked at my door the next evening while we were eating dinner. I asked him to please call me first, so I could be available. He never called me back.
So a few weeks later, I called to arrange for an estimate again, saying I was disappointed in not hearing from him the last time. So he came by on Friday, 8/26/11, and I showed him what I wanted an estimate for. He said he would get back to me later that day with an estimate. That was 2 days ago, and I still haven't heard back from him.
Very poor communication and service.

I HAVE HAD OVERALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SEA BREEZE. THEY WORKED WITH ME FOR WHAT I WANTED. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON PATIO WORK. IN COLORADO IT IS HARD TO REPACK THE SOIL TAKEN FROM THE GROUND AND HAS A SETTLING TIME OF OVER 1 YEAR.
