Excellent work, neighbors liked new drive

Fernando and his brother have actually done two projects for us in our backyard. We first wanted to address some negative slope issues in our lower backyard. We'd been concerned about heavy rains and with our yard sloping towards our house - all of the water would flow into our basement from the window and towards the foundation of our house. Fernando gave us a very reasonable quote to take out our old flagstone, re-level the yard and pour new cement. We LOVE the patio!! The stamped concrete looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work. Fernando's work is excellent. He (and his brother) are hard working, honest, reliable and polite. The true test happened during the Boulder Floods last fall. Not ONE drop of water came into our basement from the window or due to the yard. We did have some seepage from the cracks in the floor but nothing due to the landscape. Now, that shows quality work!!Since we loved the work that Fernando did on our lower backyard, we hired him again to finish the upper yard. Since the projects were completed within a few months of each other - the coloring of the stamped concrete looks seamless. I can't remember exactly how many SQ Ft of patio we have in our backyard - but it's a lot! We have a lot more projects to do (driveway and Front walkway) and we will definitely be hiring Fernando again!!
