REMAX TRADITIONS INC

  The listing agent, tracey graham of remax traditions in Longmont, CO, provided wrong information to a radon company that was supposed to install a radon mitigation system in a house we bought through her.  The seller paid $1000.00 for this system as part of the purchase agreement.  When it was time for installation and her mistake came to light, she blamed me for "not doing due diligence" to find her mistake.  She then told the seller to keep half the $1000. instead of providing it for the radon mitigation system.

  This is when I found that remax doesn't respond to complaints about it's realtors.  DORA, the Colorado department of regulatory agencies, including the division of real estate, doesn't follow up on complaints, lawyers don't worry about such small amounts of other people's money.  Small claims court doesn't cross county lines.

Tara was great. She patiently listened to what we wanted and did a computer search to find out what was available. She reviewed our financial state and helped us every step of the way. When she had to take some time off because she had a baby, she arranged for her husband to go to closing with us, since he worked with her on this. She follows-up with us, keeps in touch and offers assistance whenever she can. She is very dedicated.
