Caution! Larry came to our house to access water damage. Charged us a service call of $300 to tell us we had to remove counters, cabinets and flooring before our insurance adjuster was on site to prevent mold. We had flooring experts come up who advised differently.

Rude, disrespectful, untimely, unresponsive. Not what you need in an emergency.

The price is always reasonable. I have water bugs in the basement associated with my alarm system so I?m notified if there are any water problems. They call me on my cell & they also have the option of calling Larry or a neighbor. One night he was away & had someone else answering their phones when this happened. I couldn?t get service that night because the person couldn?t find my information. Because of this, he gave me my next job for free. It wasn't too long ago that we had a power outage & everything went out. It lasted for about 4-6 hours. I got a call from Larry saying that he'd been notified by the alarm company of problem at my house & that he was on his way. I called him back right away to let him know it was just a power outage. He was already on his way within 30 minutes of the black out & notification through the alarm company. I know I can rely on him.
