I had a weird one-off project that I started as a DIYer and wanted professionally finished. Daniel picked up where I left off, fixed a few of my blunders, and finished the job exactly as I wanted it done. He was quick, efficient, and responsive. We agreed to terms and he performed the job within the budgeted envelope. The work performed was high quality and up to the standards I would expect from a professional. I had been held up on further progressing my project by the work and he unlocked my ability to move forward. Highly recommended for DIYers like me that want a professional touch to finish off their projects.

My husband and I purchased our first house together and it needed a bit of work. Like most houses in Colorado, the walls and ceilings had pretty significant texturing and we wanted to have it smoothed out. This is a very technical skill and Daniel pulled it off amazingly. I cannot express how thorough and meticulous his approach was. The walls look beautifully smooth and level. We soon hired him back for some additional painting and drywall work and the results were just as exceptional as the first time. He is friendly and professional and even let me practice a little bit of my rusty Spanish with him. We will definitely be calling him again for our next projects and recommend him to friends whenever we get the chance.

Was in the process of moving, so was in need of someone to fix the drywall and paint. Went through Angie’s list to get quotes. Most of the companies were too busy, but one led me to Daniel whom I contacted. Once we agreed on a price, Daniel exceeded my expectations, performing the drywall repairs and painting. After I moved, Daniel was given a key to the house in order to finish the job, and I even paid him the balance owed before the job was completed. Through friends, I know he did a great job, so I would recommend Daniel for any painting and drywall needs you may have.

Daniel Chirinos and his son worked together for two days to prime and paint [2 coats] several rooms of window trim, plus a door, plus a two story wall of windows on a staircase. Great communicator, responding very quickly to my first text and the next day asked to come by and look at the work to be done and gave me a quote. He has many years of experience in New York City, working with professional designers and decorators. He's also skillful with faux finishes and does wall repair. He arrived promptly as planned and worked two full days. He's very kind, but he's also very precise and extremely dedicated to doing the job right. [He requested the use of my vacuum and completely vacuumed every room he had worked in]. He rehung all the paintings I'd taken down, one exceptionally heavy and requiring a ladder. He deserves a fabulous review, but I was reluctant to give one because I want him to keep painting more of my house. He is honestly a gem.

I have been to this website and have been directed to "Master" tradesmen. I have not yet found one until I found Daniel with his company "The Professional Ones." I cannot say how thorough he was for the week he was in our home. His professionalism yet personable way he carries himself is who you want to be workin in your house. I had remodeled 4 bathrooms with new tile, quartz and fixtures. He not only was vey careful not dropping even one drop of paint, but worked around our life in the house with the care we provide for my mother. I asked his opinion of some tricky painting in two bath closets, and he was right on both times. His lines are precise, he is tedious and is what should draw you to call upon him for work in your home too. He cleans up each day and puts everything away. I absolutely will call on him again when I renovate my second level of the house. I am so fortunate to have tried one more time to contact a Master on this site. He is everything and more. How he could not be? He gained all of his training in NYC beginning at the age of 17 and has been at it since, now more than 30 years. Give him a call, I cannot recommend him anymore that to say I would never introduce anyone to a bad person or a phony.

Mr. Chirinos was careful and precise in his repair of the ceiling and wall and did an incredible job in matching paint colors. Thus avoiding an extensive repainting project and its associated costs. He was thoughtful and considerate in protecting the surrounding areas from any possible debris from his repair work. His manner and work reflected high professionalism. Without hesitation I would hire him again and will recommend him to my friends.

Very well. Managed to make a wall which was full of underlying imperfections from a botched job look good! Called if he was running late.

Amazing! Daniel was great to work with. I gave him the difficult job of matching an old and unusual swirl texture and it looks flawless. He is very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond!

Daniel is such a pro. Impeccable work and the utmost professionalism. I valued his advice on our projects and they turned out perfectly. He also does wall work (sheet rock, etc.) and we will hire him again when we need a wall put up in our basement.

Their is no evidence at all that the textured ceiling area had been replaced; a perfect match of color and texture, and the area he worked in the kitchen was perfectly clean when his work was complete! You couldn't ask for anything more. We would hire him again in a minute and will be sharing his name with anyone we know who needs this kind of work done!

Daniel is a very professional contractor that does A+ work. He is knowledgeable and complete with his work. He is very reasonable priced for the work he does and is to work with. He completes the work he quotes in the time frame promised and exceeded all our expectation. He is friendly and hard working and willing to listen to his customers. We enjoyed having him in our home and his willingness to do the requested work right the first time. He keeps in constant contact and shows up when promised. We would definitely use him again I needed.

Daniel did a great job. He arrived early every morning and stayed until he finished what needed to be done. Everything was clean before he left for the day. His experience in drywall shows. Everything we asked him to do was done to our satisfaction. Overall, an excellent job. Planning on using him again for other projects.

Daniel Chirinos, owner of the Professional Ones, was hired to paint the entire first floor of our home and most of the second floor following installation of new hardwood floors. He went with us to the paint store to purchase the correct paint. He was also very careful to cover the wood floors so as not to drip any paint on the new wood floors. Daniel was very careful and meticulous in his painting and communicated well with us during the entire project. His attention to detail on trim and moldings was outstanding. Daniel showed up when scheduled and was very trustworthy. We look forward to working with Daniel again on upcoming painting projects.

We have used Daniel for interior painting, exterior painting, drywall install, drywall patching, and drywall texturing. WOW is this guy good. He is very professional, on time, the quality of work is beyond expectations.

The biggest thing for me with this project was that when the work was completed it looked like we had never had a hole in the wall. After some water damage, Professional Ones fixed our drywall, matched the texture, and painted, and you can't even tell that there was a single bit of damage when they started. They were very professional and I couldn't have asked for better quality and responsiveness.

You know how when you need to hire skilled help, and you're nervous about whether the person will get back to you promptly, show up when they say they will, do good work, and not leave the place a mess when they are done? DANIEL IS YOUR GUY! We were under the gun to tear out our kitchen backsplash (about 45sf of tiles AND drywall, since the tiles were permanently stuck) before new counters were installed, and Daniel responded within an hour of me messaging him via Angie's List. We spoke, I sent him photos and dimensions of our job, and he was able to provide a quote. He and his son showed up a few mornings later and worked a full Saturday (over New Year's weekend, even) to get the job done beautifully. Daniel is truly awesome in every way, as is his son Brandon who assisted him. The work was done extremely well, and both Daniel and Brandon are seriously the nicest people ever -- the kind of people you want to have around you, so genuine and friendly and awesome. I learned Daniel worked for many years doing high-end residential jobs for interior designers in Manhattan. It shows in his work. He is very thoughtful in his approach and clearly cares about his finished product and the condition of the place when he is done - really very little dust or mess at all. He does high end interior painting as well, which we did not need for this job, but something to consider if you need it. Daniel's may not be the least expensive bid you receive, but his work will surely be the best and you will like him from the first moment you meet.
