PERFECTION AUTO BODY

When I first picked up my car, it appeared to be fixed correctly. However, upon driving it for a couple days and closely inspecting the work, I noticed that the door made a "hollow" sound when it was closed. Also, the door was not correctly lined up with the car's side. I returned to the shop to have them look at it, and my contact there acknowledged that the workers had neglected to re-install the the sound-dampening panel inside the door, which caused the hollow sound. So the following day I had to drop off the car again to have them install the panel and align the door correctly. In the end, it came out looking and sounding fine, but why couldn't they do the job right the first time? Kind of disappointing.

They were prompt and nice. It is a friendly business. They should be more communicative but they were responsive when i reached out to them.

They replaced all the broken plastic parts with new parts, fixed the dent and painted the fender. (Front Passenger side). All I had to pay was the deductible for the insurance (they work with State Farm well). They were easily able to reschedule the drop off after a last minute priority change on our part for the next day.  The service was done 3 days ahead of schedule and looks great!

I went to Perfection over 5 years ago when I got into a bad accident and they helped me with getting my vehicle back to normal which included paint.  4 years later I found that the paint was starting to not do so well on the parts that they had painted.  My family has gone to this shop for years so we know that they do quality work, however for whatever reason I was having trouble with my paint job.  I went back in and after speaking with the owner, even though it was past the date they normally would allow, they repainted my car with little to no cost to me.  I am very happy with there service and product.

They did a very very good job on it. The service was handled by my insurance, so I only paid the deductible. They do an excellent job than any other auto repair companies that I have been to. The quality of their work was very good. They were very informative and responsive. They explained why the job took longer and I was okay with it. Their punctuality and professionalism were also very good.
