As a general statement their work was good, prompt and competitively priced. We stopped using them when they accidentally mowed off two sprinkler heads. We called and while Panorama did come out and fix them for free they were pretty unpleasant on the phone and the work wasn't done properly; the heads weren't properly adjusted and in fact they replaced them without ever asking us to turn on the sprinkler system, and later learned that these weren't the proper heads for the coverage. We were frustrated with them and so brought in another company to correct the work and ultimately replace the heads.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK COMPLETED. THE PERSON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB AND WORKED QUICKLY. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WAS VERY THOROUGH IN MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY.
