It took nearly 6 weeks to get an estimate for fence repair and landscaping I requested in mid-April.  By the time I received the estimate, I had already had the fence repaired and begun working on landscaping myself as some of the jobs couldn't wait.  When I called 2 weeks after the gentleman came to the house to evaluate the work to be done, I was told he had many estimates to do.  I'm sure they are very busy this time of year but having no contact for that length of time ensures that I will not call them again.
They did send someone to turn on the water for my sprinkler system who did so but failed to notice a significant leak coming from the pipe out of the house and going under the house.

At first they were cutting the grass too short and it was burning; the dirt was showing through the sod.  I told them about it so they skipped a week.  Hopefully we have everything in check now.  I think they are $5 too high; most places cost $25 a week but they are $30.  We will continue using them for now, but we are going to try to find someone who is less expensive.

I called and asked of they could get me in. They said sure. They came out and mowed my lawn and did a good job. They came when I was at work so I did not personally interact with them. I would say it was not the greatest value.

Excellent. Pete and his crew are top notch. Pete worked very well with myself and my wife on the redesign of the front yard. There was some initial confusion as to when the project would start, and some of the guys showed up unannounced one morning for the tree work, which kind of threw our schedules out of whack. When contacted, Pete took full responsibility, admitted to the screwup on their part, and made proper corrections to their schedule. Also, we were very happy with the work of Pedro, the crew foreman. A true artisan when it comes to landscaping!
