NIWOT AUCTION

We had a large amount of items from my late father's estate and items we wanted to sell. I called Mr. Joe Knight, Niwot Auction's auctioneer and he agreed to drive from Longmont CO to Denver to view the items we wanted to sell. Joe came out on a Sunday, viewed the items and gave us his opinion of how well our items would sell. We opted to go with Niwot Auction and we did not regret our decision. My wife and I sent Joe and his wife, Kim, digital images of all items with detailed descriptions. Joe and Kim took care of all advertising, rented the venue in Longmont, and then came to Denver and transported all items to Longmont. The auction went very well--all items sold and we had our cheque in hand one hour after the three-hour auction ended. Niwot Auction charges a flat 15 percent of the total auction value and it was worth the price. Niwot Auction was a one-stop shop for selling of our our collectibles. Niwot Auction also made arrangements for obtaining the required background checks on the bidders who bought the three firearms we sold. Joe and Kim are very professional and extremely easy to work with--we recommend them.
