I agree with the previously posted B reviews for overpricing and with the F review somewhat. Their electricians do good work but they really have no control over their electricians, pricing, and "under-the-table" side jobs so don't be surprised if you get ripped off. I will be looking for at different electricians in the future.

We needed to have a duplex outlet installed in our unfinished basement.  The technician arrived promptly as scheduled and performed the work in a very professional fashion, taking about an hour and 15 minutes.

 My only complaint is the price, $194 after a 10 % Angie's List discount.  The materials cost couldn't have been much (maybe 15 ft of Romex, a duplex outlet and box and some wire nuts.) Although I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, I will shop around next time to see if I can get a better price.

Washer/dryer lost power. Mr Electric came out the next day, determined that the wall socket had failed, got the part and was done in less than two hours. Had to muscle a stacked washer/dryer out of a very small cabinet and back in again. Was completely professional, prompt, and courteous.

Roy arrived on time and got straight to work on the laundry list of items I wanted him to address. The work was done well and he was easy to get along with. My only nitpick is that he didn't really discuss the cost of the work with me before he started. Thankfully, though, when he was done the total turned out to be reasonable.
