Very well. The tenants had left the house in terrible condition and there was so much work to be done I had trouble knowing how to schedule all the workers I was using. I made several timing mistakes--thinking things would take less time than they did or that I would have more energy than I did--but Duane was pretty easy-going about those issues.

We used him 20 years ago as well and it's just superior work. He doesn't leave anything unturned. He does every little detail. He does it himself. We have a 2 story, probably 3000 sq ft house and he did it in less than a week. It looks like a brand new home!
