I am so happy I found this company. My old water heater failed, and their crew did an excellent job of determining how to go about replacing it. The old one was a "shorty" model, and they are not even made now. (I have a 70+ year old house, and their staff was very mindful of just how difficult it can be to work on these old beauties.) They choose the perfect model for my small home. Their crew was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough - taking the time to double and triple-check everything to make sure all was okay. That is so appreciated. And since we know that when it rains, it pours, in rearranging the work area a bit after they left, I accidentally bumped my ancient boiler, and it started to leak at the pressure relief valve. Well, there was no question as to who I would call to replace that. The staff of M and M finished that yesterday, and I could not be happier. I've been concerned about that old boiler for years, knowing it would have to be replaced eventually, and I am so glad I had M and M do this. Again, they chose the perfect model for my small space. And I know my gas bill will go down because of these new more efficient models. Thank you, and I will definitely recommend M and M to others.

Plumber arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem promptly, and gave us good tips for the future.

The technician repaired the humidifier so that it works well now. He also found a carbon monoxide leak and repaired it as well. We are very satisfied with the work M and M has done for us.

Brian was punctual, professional and got the work done quickly. I wish I had been using them all along. M and M is my new plumber for all my jobs going forward.

Excellent. I didn't pay for it, I couldn't tell you the cost. We were very happy with the service. They were very good about it. It just went really well. It seems to be working fine. On the responsiveness, they were right on time. On the punctuality, They were on time. They were great we really liked them. They got right to it. It was a really good experience for us all the way around. My first impression was very good. It was someone my sister called, she may have dealt with them in the past or may have been recommended from a friend. The communication was very good.

We needed to replace our air conditioner and furnace. We have worked with M&M before, so they were our first call. Lalo and Aleks did a great job, They were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and left without a trace of a mess. The new air conditioner is so quiet that the only way you know it's running is by the whisper of cool air coming out of the vents. We couldn't be happier!

Great! I got an email reply within a couple of hours of contacting them and then a phone call from the company the next morning. Justin, our contact for M and M, was flexible with when we could meet, professional, honest, and worked efficiently. The install went well - they took their time and the house warmed up quickly! The install was scheduled very quickly as our house was cold. I had several questions about the system - Justin explained things clearly and came out to check on something we had a question about. We financed the furnace, which was also an easy process. I'm very happy with the service, support, and the fact that our house is warm! I will be contacted M and M when we need a new AC.

In the summer of 2013, I had M and M install a new heating/cooling system in my home. I had no clue where to go and found them on Angie's List. They lived up to expectations and did a fantastic job. Last Thursday, I found water in my basement and discovered the kitchen drain had fractured. While the job may not have been considered and quot;major and quot; to some, to me it was a disaster. I called M and M at 730am and found Cindy there. She had Morris come out and take a look. He told me he could have the whole thing fixed quickly and was out bright and early the next morning. He repaired the drain and moved the copper pipes from the exterior wall and into a warmer location. While at it, he removed an old valve to an exterior water spigot. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I really like M and M. Eric, the owner will bend over backwards for his customers. I'd recommend them to anyone for heating, cooling, or plumbing.

FYI, they do full service plumbing, but I couldn't find them listed under plumbing.

He was very knowledgable and systematic. Circuit breaker on the furnace was tripped so he proceeded through steps to isolate what was causing the circuit breaker to pop. He finally got it to work by isolating the external switch, he found a replacement switch in his truck. He replaced it, tested it and everything worked like advertised. He was fast and efficient in his task which made me very happy. I was expecting the typical service call charges but his time, trip charge and parts cost only came to $110 making me happy, happy, happy!

Eric, the president of M and M, stopped by to give me a quote on replacing the A/C, water heater and Furnace in our house that we just purchased. Everything was practically original and on its way out per our pre-purchase inspection. I had other quotes from contractors that did not want to put in a High Efficiency furnace but Eric was confident that his staff could do it. He gave me a competive quote and we schduled the install to be done a few days later. Once on site his team was very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. They are very precise about their work and make sure that it is done right the first time. I reviewed many sites and got a personal referral for M and M. If you have any HVAC needs Eric and his team would be a wise choice.
