The representative was very knowledgeable of can lights and monorail, and could suggest alternatives that would minimize use of electricity. The design was very good and economical, while preserving room for expansion. The high quality fixtures they recommended are well designed and functional as well as attractive. Everything arrived when needed, any any small issues with the delivery were addressed promptly. The salesman who did the design left the company before the project was complete, but this did not impact their service. Lisa was particularly helpful in resolving issues quickly and effectively. There is some unevenness in level of expertise from one person to another, but this is not unexpected. When I accounted for that and got someone knowledgeable for more difficult questions, I was not disappointed.
