They did an unbelievable job. They came and did the work for us last year and people are seeing the results of it this years. The results were spectacular. It took them about 30 days. They have completely changed the look of our house. It's absolutely beautiful. We had a concrete company come in and change the sidewalk around the house. They brought in new sod . Our grass is really green. I have told many friends about them. I could not recommend them high enough .The owner Terry and his partner came out. they were fantastic to work with. I know everything that was going. There was never any surprises with the price. They had to uproot some trees. The root ball was covered in plastic. They replanted them for us. They did top notch work. We had zero problems with it. We have five zone and a drip. We didn't have that before. I have done a lot of business with companies over the years. By far, Ludington exceeded my expectations. They are like family. I don't think anybody could have given us a better price. They gave us the ages of the plants and we didn't go with the youngest ones. It could have been a lot more expensive. They were recommended to us by our broker when we bought the house. We couldn't have been happier. I would use them again and I would plead with a neighbor to use them. Our yard just stands head and shoulders above our neighborhood. Perry and his wife came over and worked with us because we are new to the Colorado area. We had no ideas what kind of plants to put in our yard. we are from North Carolina. I felt like the were better equipped to tell us what to put in our yard. We have something blooming all the time. It's very colorful. It fits our personality. That was important to both my husband and I. Perry and his crew worked to make sure our desires were fulfilled. We had a ride away and utility boxed. Perry worked to hide them. You can"t see any of them. They worked to cover them. They backyard looks like a putting green.

Judy and Terri designed and completed the work themselves and their staff, no communication breakdowns due to subcontractor involvement. Judy and Terri are very professional, honest people and a joy to work with. You cannot go wrong with Ludington Landscapes; you will receive the very best product and service.

"We had already replaced the plant - we lived up to our warranty, plus her amount spent was not $10,000, it was $7,853 and we did the job in 2 phases because the first time they wanted to plant their own plants. The member wanted a tree instead of the second plant. We agreed to the tree and she would pay the difference. The company designates a weekend or day to service work so we are not running willy nilly. She knows this and we told her we would change her plant out when we did our service work. The member called over the weekend of Labor Day. She called 3 times in the same day and her messages escalated to nasty. Unfortunately it was a holiday and we were out of the state on vacation. Please note that when she called the first time in August, her warranty had expired but we were willing to work with her and extend it. We will make sure Judy gets her plant delivered to her front door. Even if her warranty had expired."
