Did not level floor as asked Used scab pieces of concrete board in shower not full sheets. Did not level pan for shower . Ruined linoleum so had to reinstall linoleum. Did not do texture. Grout in between tile cracked and fell out in less than one year. Shower was installed to tight and shattered in less than one year was charged to replace shower door. So clearly there was no professionalism or concern for quality.
